Questions buyers ask first
What kind of outlet do I need to charge?
Any standard 120V outlet works — no special charging infrastructure required. Some LFP battery upgrades also support Level 2 (240V) charging, for a full charge in 4–6 hours.
How long does a full charge last?
Plan on 4 to 6 hours of work per charge, depending on the load, the terrain and the temperature. For most owners that covers a full day of on-and-off use.
Can they handle Canadian winters?
Yes, with less run time. Like any battery, the pack delivers less energy in the cold, so plan for shorter work sessions in deep winter and store or charge the machine indoors when you can. The L1400 can be ordered with a heated cab and the L2500 includes one.
What's the warranty?
One year on manufacturing defects.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the model and configuration, so we confirm it with your quote. Contact us for the current timeline. We ship across Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes.
